Phillip Martin is a master of the technique of chiaroscuro, he begins by shaping darkness with the light. Classically trained, and inspired by the works of Rembrandt and other European masters, he brings each of his unique subjects to life on canvas. His portraits are exquisite.

Mary Hale's oil paintings on porcelain are works of delicate translucence and beauty. She is also a teacher of the almost -lost art of kiln fired porcelain painting. Her paintings on canvas move into an even more intense color space and a bravura style of brushwork.
